Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

Aula is committed to making its website, applications, and educational tools accessible to educators, students, families, and schools. Accessibility is important to our mission because learning tools should support all learners, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our Accessibility Goal

Aula is actively working toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for public, educator, and student-facing experiences. Our work includes improving keyboard navigation, screen reader support, color contrast, focus visibility, form labels, alternative text, and accessible interaction patterns across the platform.

Current Efforts

Aula is an evolving educational platform. We are reviewing and improving accessibility across key areas of the Service, including the public website, login and join flows, student participation pages, assignments, games, live lessons, and educator tools.

Assistive Technology

Aula is designed to work with modern browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Because classroom technology environments can vary, we welcome reports about barriers that users encounter while using Aula.

Third-Party Content

Some content displayed through Aula may be created or uploaded by educators, schools, or third-party providers. Aula encourages users who upload instructional content to provide accessible materials, including meaningful text, captions, readable documents, and clear instructions when possible.

Feedback and Support

If you experience an accessibility barrier while using Aula, please contact us so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.

Email: contact@theaula.com

When contacting us, please include the page or feature you were using, the issue you experienced, your browser or device if known, and any assistive technology being used.

Ongoing Improvement

Aula will continue improving accessibility as the platform grows. We do not claim that every part of the Service is fully accessible today, but we are committed to identifying barriers, prioritizing student and educator access, and improving the experience over time.
