How to use Google Drive Picker
Use Google Drive Picker to import Google Slides, PowerPoint, or PDF files into Aula.
- Click Authorize Google (first time only).
- Click Open Google Drive.
- Select your file (Google Slides / PowerPoint / PDF).
- Wait for import to finish — you’ll be taken to Studio.
If something doesn’t work
- Allow popups for theaula.com (picker opens a popup).
- If “Open Google Drive” stays disabled, click Authorize Google again.
- If “Import by Link” fails, confirm the file is shared with the authorized Google account.
